Short description
The main purpose of the project is to train and upgrade the knowledge and competencies of members and employees of project partners in the fields of labor law, negotiation techniques, collective bargaining and co-management of employees and the development of organizational culture.
Labor law, in particular on the rights and obligations of workers arising from employment and in the field of safety and health at work; Negotiation, collective bargaining and co-management techniques; Developing an organizational culture through ensuring health and job satisfaction.
