Short description

Project activities will strengthen the capacity of social partners involved in this project to increase their competencies and effective cooperation for social dialogue at the bipartite - activity and business level, as well as national level as the highest level of SD action.

The project is structured in such a way that its project activities will strengthen the capacity of the social partners involved in this project to increase their competencies and effective cooperation for social dialogue at the bipartite - activity and business level, as well as national level as the highest level of action. social dialogue. In the field of collective bargaining, the project aims to transfer the competency model of lifelong learning as a new, modern content that goes beyond the current traditional content of collective bargaining. The project aims to follow the good practices established by the EU social partners and to establish or strengthen cooperation with them, especially in some activities that are more economically exposed and in activities that usually bring together a larger number of SMEs. One of the expected key results of the project is based on the findings of analyzes, consolidation of knowledge of professionals, through the involvement of employees in the applicant and the project partnership of employers and unions and members of employers and trade unions, in the field of content dissemination and strengthening application of this from KP activities to the level of the employer.

Impacts/Outcomes:

  1. Development of a competency model for collective bargaining.
  2. Training of eleven persons employed at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry for collective bargaining.
  3. A handbook for collective bargaining at company level.
  4. Establishment and active operation of a mediation counseling center in individual labor disputes with the Collective Bargaining e - school (MeSeC)
  5. E - mediation system in the field of resolving individual labor disputes.

Aim
